Dr. Neil Vranis is an up and coming aesthetic plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. He has authored numerous scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, co-edited a Clinics in Plastic Surgery volume and served as faculty at national meetings (teaching cadaver-based courses at The Aesthetics Society and Dallas Rhinoplasty Symposium).  As an associate at Ghavami Plastic Surgery and at the GPS MedSpa, he is at the forefront of treating patients by merging autologous regenerative procedures such as PRP, PRF, micro- and nano-fat grafting with cutting-edge laser/light/radiofrequency devices.  These rejuvenating procedures are combined with facelifts, rhinoplasties and other surgeries to optimize healing and achieve natural appearing results.

Dr. Vranis graduated with honors from the Johns Hopkins University and attended medical school at the University of Maryland. During his time there, he performed research at the renowned R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, which specializes in caring for patients with significant facial injuries and mangled extremities. He completed his residency at the New York University, considered one of the premier plastic surgery residency programs in the country under the leadership of chairman Dr. Eduardo Rodriquez, world renowned plastic surgeon who successfully performed the first full-face transplant.  During his fellowship year at The Marina-Rox-Ghavami Fellowship in Los Angeles, Dr. Vranis refined his knowledge on aesthetic and regenerative medicine.  He currently specializes in complex aesthetic procedures such as rhinoplasty, deep plane facelifts & revision breast surgery.

Dr. Vranis applies precise attention to detail and an artistic eye to work alongside each patient in order to achieve their plastic surgery goals. He strongly believes empathy and patience are at the forefront of establishing a long-lasting patient surgeon relationship.
